GANZ has obviously been having trouble replying to the massive amount of emails they're getting from customers who lost their items through a glitch. Let's see if we can help 'em out. Stop emailing email@example.com and start calling of you're having trouble. If you have to email, that's ok, but call when possible. Then, we might be able to lighten the load of emails so we can get results. There's one part that's tricky, and that's that people cheat to get items they never had, but let's see if we can give the workers enough time so they can tell if the emails are lying. Then, GANZ may be able to change their policies if we keep down the emails. Post if you agree with me! But, remember that if we get the policies changed, we'll have to keep the emails down so that they don't have to go beack to the ones they have now. LET'S GET OUR ITEMS BACK!
