Yeah, this is obviously a server problem foremost. When we are logged off or completely unable to use the site repeatedly - usually a server problem. I had the most problems on Christmas Day. I could only get on twice fo a short period of time.
However, as people have stated, if your dock is full, or your rooms are full of items, it will take longer for them to load - it will just slow things down, not stop them. I do have quite a bit in my dock, BUT I don't think it's a problem because I have 4 items that take up a lot of the dock, how? Because there are 4 stacks - goo-goo berries (20+), chocolate ribbons (maybe 12 or so), good fairy shirts (I think 7), and bad fairy shirts (10+). So that is 50 items right there in 4 spots! I'm not positive, but I don't think this matters because the item is only shown once.

I am having a problem of a room not loading and it is my original room. the first one I created. I didn't make any new changes to it or do anything new to it, it just stopped going to "My Room" one day when I clicked on it. Then some days later, it would go to my house, but not that room in the middle of my house - my original room. I don't know what is causing this to happen.

I have too many items in my dock It's not all our fault but I'm sure a small sliver is.

We, the users, did not break this system by purchasing too many Webkinz or not emptying our docks. I AGREE WITH 100% BEEN OUT FOR 2 DAYS NOW HAVE ABOUT 50 IN DOCK.

i agree with this. not that i have many coupons and wall papers, but still, it would help SOO many people... maybe with this bank their planning we'll be able to store all items??

I think it's OUR fault. I have 300-400 items in our dock and ganz respectfully told us to empty them. They should make the storage items hold more things though! Most of my friends all have 400-500 items in theirs and i have about 34 friends! that's a lot! Well oh well, hope it does not happen again

"We" may have contributed to the problem by using backdoor logins during maintenance downtimes and such, but overloaded docks are the least of Ganz worries at the moment, I think. I fully agree with 95% of the replies to this thread: servers, servers, servers.

No Its Not Our Fault Been On Sense Aug. And Had Nothing But Promblems With Ganz I Have Lost Athings When I Was Putting Things In My Room And They Will Not Do Anything About It. Cann't Log In Now For 2 Days. So It Is Not Our Fault It Is All Ganz Fault For Not Fixing It Right The Frist Time.

maybe it your internet provider or your computer clean everthing of your computer like what state are you from were all these glitches are i am from canada it is working fine so far just missing three rare dresses from kinz shop no room missing yet
