My mom had adopted her first frog on October 1 at 9AM on her account, but she never got her loot bag, STILL! She logged in and out, went to the same pet, moved rooms, everything. We even emailed Ganz and phoned them but we got no reply... Mods please help?
For everyone who lost money, I just received an e-mail from Ganz about the issue. They are aware of it and all of your money will be returned.
In order to make sure it doesn't happen again, they would like a list of people who've experienced the issue. I've agreed to compile it for them, so please e-mail your username to : firstname.lastname@example.org with the e-mail titled "Missing Kinz Cash". I don't need the amount you lost, I believe they are able to keep track of that.

We are happy to announce that the Webkinz Pet of the Month program is underway! Webkinz Frogs are hopping with joy all throughout Webkinz World.
We have had a lot of questions about the program and would like to clear them up.
First, we had a problem when the program was first launched where some members did not receive their Pet of the Month Loot bag. This problem was fixed and most members who were affected got their prizes as normal. To ensure you receive yours, select your newly adopted Webkinz Frog, then log out, log in, and go to your Pet's Room.
If this does not solve your problem, do not worry, we will be running a script during our overnight maintenance (at 2 am EST, Oct. 3) to award the missing prizes directly to your dock. If you have not adopted your Pet of the Month yet, the problem has been completely fixed.
Hmmmm......Well, that stinks! Ganz is about to close for the day. They operate on regular business hours so they close at 5pm. You most likely will not get a reply today, but if you left a voice mail, you will possibly get a call back tomorrow. Just hold tight, they will take care of the problem for you.
Got a question.....It was the regular green frog, right? ....and not the Lil' Kinz?
