Be VERY WARY of the new Clubhouse. The Trading Room is glitchy!! My daughter just lost a $10,000 bowling alley trading for superbeds. All she ended up with was a silk sofa. I called Customer Service, but I'm sure they WON'T call back anytime soon just like the time our adoptions were ******* up at Christmas or the time we bought $60 worth of Charms and never got our bonuses, or the time the Haiku Winner's username and pet name were the same as my daughter's and she never got a prize!! (Customer Service didn't even know there was a prize winner's name in the newspaper and when they finally called 3 days later they couldn't confirm that my daughter wasn't a winner because they didn't know the actual username of the "REAL" winner.) Getting tired of spending a lot of money for things I don't get, a lot of energy earning Kinzcash for things that disappear, and a lot of time waiting for a company to call me back when they don't care about my kids feelings because they've already put my money in their pocket!! If you know someone I can call at Ganz who can help (or who cares), please let me know!!
