Ganz said in the Parent Club, that all items have an equal chance of being awarded. There are 19 Nursery items and 2 Baby Rompers, total 21. That means one chance in 21 of getting each item. But there are 2 rompers, so if you lump the 2 rompers together, it makes it 2 chances in 21 or one chance in 10.5 of getting a romper of any color. Round it down to 1 in 10, or 10%.

You are quite right. I wondered about that too. The only reason that I can see for naming it an Easter Egg Hunt, is that it takes place around and on Easter...
