Final Update (I swear! - LOL): A man called me back. He said he located a stellar star blaster and lurking lagoon on the account. Well, I have adopted other pets of the month. I explained that I never got the loot bag with exclusive item, wish token, kinz cash, coupon. He said he saw a 75% coupon in my dock. I know! That was from a daily activity! Anyway, he finally said he would give me "the benefit of the doubt", and he gave me some kinzcash and a POTM exclusive (but no wish token, coupon, or food item).

Is anyone else still waiting for resolution on this matter? Call call call! They need to be aware that their "fix" didn't work for everyone. It could help them with future situations like this.

As of today - January 13th - I still have not received anything! I was so upset I went out and bought another POTH! I will call again now! This is so upsetting like i'm getting ignored!

That is really weird but still I know I would have been happy with that (even though I'm so lucky that I did get it all). I am soooo glad that you at least got the POTM item!!!!

I am sorry you didn't get everything. The coupon with the POTM loot bag has always been a 40% coupon for me (after entering over 20 POTMs it has always been 40%!). They should know that!

If anyone else gets the same "song and dance" from customer service, then very politely please ask to talk to a supervisor. They can do more for you than a regular customer service rep.

I agree. I just think it was handled poorly, but in the end, I got the carnival carousel!

That's such a good point about the coupons! I never thought about it, but we adopted the schnauzer on all our accounts, and it was always a 40% coupon.
