Webkinz Newz is announcing many new events associated with the new movie The Lorax, based on the beloved classic book by Dr Seuss.
From February 16 to March 4, there will be a new Adventure Park Quest, open to ALL Webkinz World members. You will not need to have one of the special Adventure Park Webkinz to participate in the special Lorax Quests. You will meet Bar-ba-loots and Humming-fish, and receive some exclusive prizes.
In the Webkinz Arcade, the game "Where's Wacky?" will be taken over by the Lorax for some extra entertainment!
There will be a floaty-clicky event in Webkinz World, where a Lorax head will float through your Webkinz World screen on the pages where your dock is visible. Click on the Lorax head to receive some awesome prizes! Note: This event will run from February 18 to March 3.
On February 29, March 1st and March 2nd, there will be a special Gift Box on login. Mark your calendars and make sure to log in on each of these three days to receive your three Gift Boxes!
These special events are part of a Movie Promotion. The movie The Lorax will debut in cinemas on March 2, 2012.
Please note that you must have your browser's setting for 3rd party ads turned ON in order to see the Lorax Quest in the Adventure Park. If you have turned the 3rd party ads to OFF, you won't see the Lorax.

Two Arcade games have been revamped. The Lorax Lookout game is a Lorax version of the old but popular game of "Where's Wacky?" There is also an updated version of the "Waddell's Icecap Adventures", featuring the Fijit Friends and called Rockin' Newbies. Our members will recall that there was a Fijit movie promotion in October 2011.
Can you possibly put the dates to log in on the header like you did before. That was SO convenient and it made it really easy to remember.
Also, it is plain to see that Ganz has all their Global community in mind for this game They have to had thought a LOT about how to include everyone and still keep in mind the Advertising Counsel's rules. I am SO impressed with them right now I may just have to go and buy a bunch of new webbies
