Yes- that has been happening to us as well on all of our accounts! I forgot to mention it the other day when I posted about the freezing after you completed the class, so you have to log out, resulting in no credit for the class! You described the other things perfectly- that is exactly what happens. I used to be so happy when you could click on the info. button and the instruction screen would go away so you could proceed... at least then it didn't freeze and you could still get credit if you passed! Thanks for posting about this!

My levels are wrong. I've lost KC. Dates are wrong. One pet is on level 4 and the info states it started a week ago. I just go on and hope for the best.

I've had no problems in the academy. I usually click on the button in the lower left of the class screen almost immediately to get her to shut up and check which classes I'm going to do that day...

In between classes, I click through quickly if I'm doing a tutor but I WILL let het finish talking if I am actually doing the class myself... That particular problem is not new...

Thansk for the post momwhoplays! This doesn't always work for me but it does give you the best chance for success. I've also been told and I'm sorry but I forget by who, that it's better to take the deluxe class first. This helps avoid the info screen popping up and freezing your account. HTH

Unfotunately, that has not been my luck. It just freezes and I loose the kc and fail the class for the day.

I was having minor problems (freezing at the end of the intelligence class) and one fashion class that "hung" each time I needed to choose outfits until time ran out on each...but otherwise it was working well...then I decided to send another to class to take the courses I want more than 1 prize in and lo & behold even after waiting for everything the creativity class is stuck in "loading" this has happened on 2 pets...so multiple webbies in school may be an issue!
