They agreed and also said they'd look at the article and let me call GCS (Ganz Customer Service).

This is probably what I'm going to say to whoever picks up:

''Hi, I read an article on Webkinz Insider about Cotton Candy Bunny batch HL302H... my Cotton Candy Bunny has that batch number, and the article said that if my Cotton Candy Bunny had that batch number I should call...''

Then they're probably going to ask me some questions or something.... who knows? I'm actually kind of excited about calling them, the suspense is killing me!
The batch with the problem is HL320H, not HL302H

Still, that can be said about a dime or a penny. I guess we should outlaw change in households with children under 3?

All I'm saying is that children under 3 shouldn't be playing with ANY plush toy that has plastic eyes, noses, etc for this very reason. This is why there are age recommendations on toys. If someone is worried about younger children in the household, then by this logic older kids can't play with Legos or anything else with small parts that might get lost in the house. And we all know that that doesn't happen.

Anyway, that's my two cents. (pun intended)

Very true. I really don't think kids would eat something that resemble an "eye"

It happens all the time. I just glue them back on.
Have you tried hot glue? Maybe they will stay on faster...
