I just called Ganz and got my gifts on my 3 Asian accounts.

The lady I spoke with was SUPER nice!!

I asked if people had been ugly and she said some had.

Y'all please be nice to the customer service folx.

It's not their fault!

Imagine coming to work today and having to deal with all of this.

I too wonder why they just can't put the items in our accounts without a phone call. The line has been busy and I shouldn't have to keep trying and trying........

OK....I finally got through and my gifts are in my dock. I did get an interesting survey question at the end of my call - rate the WW site speed from 1 to 10 - here's hoping the results will make them do something about the 'Please Wait......' issues!

I don't know why about any of it.

But I just know you have to call if you want it.

I had to dial for a few minutes and then got in.

Gotta love the FLASH and REDIAL buttons on my phone!

I did that with my left hand while I gardened with my right.

Hi Everyone!

I too called GANZ and spoke with a very kind rep who put my halloween items on my asian account with no questions asked. I know people are upset about not receiving these gifts but what we have to remember is that webkinz is JUST A GAME and although I love it as much as the next person, there are bigger problems in the world than not getting a phantom mask on halloween. Not to mention that the problem is easily fixed with a quick phone call to GANZ. So, while I understand why people are upset, I just wanted to remind everyone that life is way too short to sweat the small stuff!

I too understand there are bigger problems in the world, and that life is way to short to sweat the small stuff. However, these people (the programmers, not the customer service phone reps) are being paid to do a job, and unfortunately they are obviously not doing it very well. Constant "glitches" would send up a red flag that there is a problem somewhere and that the programmers are not capable of executing programs properly. I know if i made that many errors when i was working, i would be without a job by now.

I certainly hope the customer service reps are well paid for having to deal with the phone calls and being blamed for the incompetencies of the programmers. My thanks to them for their efforts to make things right.

Thanks Dixiecup. I cleared the cache then logged back into each account. The gift bags showed up on three of the accounts. Guess it's time for me to join the ranks of those tying up the phone lines to Ganz so we can get them back for the other two accounts.

Seriuosly? We have to call them to get our packages on our Asian accounts? This is a bit silly...I don't understand why they can't just do it without having to put up with a bazillion phone calls...

WW is such a complex site --- I have honestly never seen a more complicated one. There's so much that needs to be done to keep it up. It's bound to have glitches, but there's a lot worse stuff that could happen than little glitches.
