Just wanted to let everyone know I am finally starting to hear back from Ganz for the reports I made through their online customer support about my missing red coins & Grand Prizes. Here's a copy of the e-mails I am receiving:
Thank for writing. Leprechaun Chase Glitches have been Fixed
If you had trouble getting your red coin earlier, we have fixed the glitch and you’ll now be able to collect it by finding the Leprechaun in the Clubhouse.
Also, if you were unable to claim your grand prize after collecting all the coins, that issue has been fixed (just click on the pot of gold in your room and you’ll get your prize).
We're sorry for any problems this may have caused.

No extra prizes for me in my dock. I did finish up all of my accounts last night and even went back later for extra jelly coins. I've gotten two e-mail replies so far. Guess the other three will show up eventually.
