Thanks to all who were able to call in and ask for help for those of us who cannot. I agree with everyone who stated that they should test these things better before launching them, but at least it seems that customer service is trying very hard to do what they can, and I for one, even though my problem is not fixed, appreciate that. It is a technical problem, not a service problem, so their patience and attempts to help are appreciated here. I hope the techies can solve this issue soon....

Its great to see all the updates from member who called in, thanks everyone. Like most people, my collection started with the orange coin and when I clicked on the little green dude I got the item awarded message as well. It's very frustrating considering this is a fairly time consuming effort on our parts. At this point I don't care if I ever get the red coin, heck its just a piece of candy and I still have loads of candy from other activities. All I want is my fountain and I really don't feel like playing phone tag with ganz to get it. My hope at this point is that they award it by script so we can get on with our little webkin lives.

While the grand prize problem has been fixed, some people are still having trouble getting the red coin. Working on that now.

As of 11:57am/cst, I have just checked my three accounts. Still don't have the pond. It may take some time for Ganz to get to all of us. I will continue to check to see if they have put the ponds in my accounts. I hope it won't take several days, but who knows. At least they are trying to fix the problem for us. We (I) just need to be patient.

I just got off the phone with Ganz and it took awhile to get through, and then another 10 min or so of listening to pet of the month songs before I got to talk to a rep. He took all four of my account names down, checked to see that I had the four coins I could get (not the red one of course since it wouldn't give it to me), and sent the fountain to all the accounts. They do know what's going on, I'm not sure how they'll fix it overall, but they were very accomodating once I got through. I just had to be VERY patient to get to a person-LOL.
