Are we having to call Ganz if we want our fountain? I don't think we should have to! I'm going to wait and give them time to fix this in hopes they will put my fountain in my dock without calling them! This has been an all around bummer.

They cannot possibly want thousands of us calling in with multiple accounts to fix this...I cannot call and be on hold from work, and it is hard in the evenings with the kids, homework and dinner, baths etc...they need to fix it so when we have time to access our accounts we can do it on our own when it is convenient for us...I will continue to wait, since I cannot even think of calling until after 3pm EST anyway....

Thank you for reporting your success. I'm wondering if you both already had the red coins but were just missing the fountain.
It is not clear that they are helping those of us who have not been given any red coins.

Also, it seems a dreaful 'solution' to this problem if each of us must phone them!

We should not have to call them to get our fountain cause they messed up and didnt make sure the programming was just fine and in working order BEFORE putting it out into Webkinz world.

We never were awarded the red coin in our search for the leprechan....the pot of gold still shows that spot blank.

The rep we spoke to said they (Webkinz) were under the impression that the issue was fixed, they verified that we should of received the red coin and the leprechan coin fountain so she added it.

I agree! They cannot POSSIBLY expect each of US to have to take on the responsibility to call THEM and hold and then go through each account, one by one, and have them see that we SHOULD have been given a RED COIN but were not - and then give us the red coin and the fountain (so we could keep collecting more sets of coins after that if we wanted to).

Just giving the fountain to those who actually GOT the red coin when they clicked on the green guy isn't CLOSE to being fair or CLOSE to solving this problem - there are HUNDREDS of customers who have reported just on this forum ALONE about clicking on him but not being awarded the Red Coin.

We have been clicking on him for THREE extra DAYS and still can't get the Red Coin! This is absurd. Absolutely absurd!


With the hundreds and hundreds of dollars we spend on Webkinz/estore/deluxe, etc - they'd SURE as HAY better get this right.

To expect each of their hundreds of thousands of account holders to physically call in & hold - what kind of intelligence is that? Seriously - I am beyond dumbfounded at this situation.

I got a fountain prize on my accounts that already had a red, but can't get it on the accounts that don't -- even if I find the leprechaun multiple times.

Too bad all these glitches happen on a weekend when there is no help. Now I feel bad they are swamped with complaints.
