It is nice that Ganz is doing this. I wish I was a last minute shopper! I already bought everything I wanted. If I would have known, I would have waited. I would have gotten some free items. I also would like a refund! LOL!

The "value packs" are nice. Now it is time for Ganz to start awarding their "best" customers. These are the people who have bought multiple family/single deluxe memberships and were only given a gift of 3,000 eStore points (no matter how many family/single deluxe memberships they bought--they could have spent over $600 real dollars in family memberships, but if they put them all under the same email address, then they were only awarded a 3,000 point ($3) holiday bonus). These are also the people who loved the items to begin with and bought the items when they first came out (the items which are now in their "value packs"). These people have already bought all of the items offered in the "value packs". It would be nice for these people (i.e. their "best" customers) to receive incentive to continue to be their "best" customers!

They upset me with only receiving a 3,000 point bonus (even though I have 1 single and 2 family deluxe membership--and I receive 9,000 points every month), so I haven't spent any more money at the eStore since then. I have been passing up on the daily deals (and everything else) because I am a little upset that they don't reward their "best" customers. I will not be buying any of their "value packs".

has anyone bought the gift sets after buying them with out the discount. i have bought some of the ornament packs, and i want the rest. do they give you one code for the whole set or is it like when you buy them one set at a time. i dont want to get kinz cash for the extra i buy.

Usually their "package sets" come with one code. So, all the items will go on the same account.
