This is what it says on WKN about the contest for little mouse:

Open to Webkinz World players residing in the USA and Canada (some exceptions apply).
The Mystical Mouse is one talented rodent with a fabulous show! But did you know that the Mystical Mouse’s first show didn’t go as planned? Tell us about the Mystical Mouse’s disastrous first magic show in 1000 characters or fewer, and you could win an eStore exclusive Mystical Mouse (the “Prize”)!\

I bold texted the bit about it being an estore exclusive.
Lets hope that is true, I fear the more we voice that we want the mouse and can't wait for the mouse and how awesome the mouse is that Ganz will make it a prize only pet .
Remember all the hype about the Sparkling Pegasus and the Silky Sparrow, Ganz made those prize only pets.
