Ganz has announced that they will be making the Webkinz Silkie Chicken available to Ganz eStore shoppers for the very first time. On May 13, 14, and 15, players who purchase 75,000 eStore points will receive a free adoption code for a Silkie Chicken. This is similar to the promotion Ganz ran for the Webkinz Swordfish in March.

Yeah and I wonder what ever happened to the purple bird??? Wasn't that a silkie something??? She is cute for anyone who can afford $75 for E-store right now.

If it was the new fox or any other pet I would so jump on this offer. The bird is not a favorite though. Thank you for letting us know.

The purple sparrow is a CONTEST pet only like the sparkling pegasus.

It's cute! But then, I think most webkinz are awfully cute. I AM Strong, I can resist. Although if they ever come up with a Bashkir Curly horse, or an Akhal Teke horse or a Quagga, I will succumb.
