i was reading the newspaper in ww and it said they would also be visiting some toysrus locations anyone have any info on this they are coming somewhat close to us but four kids and a three hour road trip does not sound like much fun when there are many toysr us stores near us

We live in Sacramento, and Webkinz just announced that they would not, in fact, be attending the State Fair (two days into the previously scheduled dates, I might add).

This is quite disappointing because the dates weren't replaced with anything else in the area, and my kids have been looking forward to the fair all summer just for the Road Trip! This is the first time my kids have been disappointed in Webkinz, and I have to agree. There's been no explanation, no apology, and no replacement with (at the very least) a day in Sacramento to replace the previously scheduled 14 days.

I'd love to get an explanation at the very least.

Great News!

Funny that they are ignoring Canadian cities when they are a Canadian company

I agree completely. I am so disappointed. I was all set to go.

I am off work on Monday and I am tempted to take a drive up to Chico. If I had realized yesterday that the fair was off I would have gone to Livermore today.

After Chico there is nothing in CA. You'd think they would have replaced it with something. Think of how many Toy R Us and Hallmark stores there are in this area
