For this particular game, I use tabbed browsing in either IE or Firefox. I have a tab set up for each account that's set to the WW log in screen. As soon as the ads appear, I log into each account and immediately find the ad on each of the 9 accounts. When I'm done playing one game, I immediately bring the ad back up on that particular account. I do this because we never know how long the ads will be around or how long it will be before it starts requiring multiple clicks to bring the ad back up again.
I use the split screen method for games like Zingoz and FallFest when you need to be able to see a portion of each of the account screens in order to click'n'win. The split screen method works great for this kind of game, but it's visually cumbersome feeling. Makes me feel like my monitor is too busy looking and hard to use other programs in addition to WW.
