SAME PERSON HELPED ME WITH THESE PHARAOH COSTUMES AS WELL!!! WICKED FRIENDLY AND VERY NICE WOMEN IN E-STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT JUST BECAUSE I GOT 3 SETS ONE FOR EACH OF MY ACCOUNTS BUT 2 MORE FOR MY KIDS AS WELL AS THEY HAD THE FIRST PHARAOH SETS AS WELL!!! THE EGYPTIAN THEME IS MY FAVORITE ANYWAY BUT THESE NEFERTITIS' SETS ARE THE BEST!!!! THEY ARE MY NEW FAVORITE!!!! AWESOME!!! LOOKS LIKE GANZ MIGHT BE GETTING BACK TO PUTTING THE CUSTOMERS FIRST!!!

well I bought mine on 10/26, so I should get the right one soon. i contacted webkinz customer service and filled out their form, and tonight I contacted them through the estore. Hope to hear something soon! Click the image to open in full size.

"On Oct 26th, I purchased two of the Pharaoh Costumes from the estore. I have recently learned of a problem with them and wanted to know what was going on and if I get a new outfit. What do I need to do? How so I know if I'm eligible? I still have the email, if it's needed, confirming my order."

thank you all for the information. i jsut sent an email to the estore as well.................. i so hope i can keep both outfits. i asked them for that. was that the right thing? because i like both of them. i hope i have good luck, i hope i can keep both.............................itold them id like to choose if they were only going to give me one.......................... does anyone like them both?

I told the lady on the phone that I got an item that didn't match ... she didn't make me choose between the 2, I don't think they're taking away the other one. I think the thing they're being a stickler on is making sure you purchased it when it was incorrectly pictured (vs. those that got it later trying to get the nefertiti stuff).

So, I wouldn't worry I think they understand that we may like what we got, but hey, we also liked what we saw the 1st time !

THANK YOU SNO.......................... i hate confrontation so im not that good at it. hopefully when i sent an email that will take care of it but if they call me then ill get an extension number to call so that will make the conversation easier for me to know i will get directly the person to help me. thanks!!!!! ill let you all know how it goes.

JUST TO BE CLEAR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE FROM THE E-STORE ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM... ALSO, WHICH EVER PHONE # THEY HAVE FOR YOU ON YOUR ACCOUNT FILE IS THE # THEY ARE CALLING... IF YOU WANT THEM TO CALL YOU AT A DIFFERENT # INCLUDE IT IN YOUR E-MAIL... IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THEY ARE JUST PUTTING THE ITEMS IN PEOPLES DOCKS... IN MY CASE THE WOMAN CALLED CONFIRMED THE ACCOUNTS THE ORIGINAL COSTUMES WERE LOGGED INTO AND THEN PROCEEDE TO SAY THAT THEY WERE GOING TO PLACE THE NEW NEFERTITIS COSTUMES (BOTH PIECES) FOR EACH PHARAOH COSTUME LOGGED IN.... SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO STATE THAT THE NEW ITEMS WERE BOTH TRADEABLE AND KINZPOSTABLE.... THEY LET EACH ACCOUNT KEEP ALL PIECES OF BOTH COSTUMES.... I AM NOT SURE THAT ALL THIS INFO IS ACCROSS THE BOARD BUT THIS SEEMS TO BE THE MOST COMMON SCENARIO!!!
