I CANNOT access thru my main account which has a lot of rooms, items and pets. My "mini" account has no problems at all....I wonder if the larger the account the more problems with access...any thoughts?

Well, earlier in August I had the same thought, too--maybe it was the accts w/ a larger number of pets and items that weren't able to access the clubhouse. However, many WI users that had large #s of pets (50+) were able to get in, so that doesn't seem to be the case.

For those of us not able to get in--are all of us just getting the blue screen, or can you get to the trees, just not get into the clubhouse? I only get the blue screen--I can't pick from the rooms in the clubhouse at all.

I have two accounts one with more than 50 pets and one with 4 pets, neither account has been able toget passed the blue screen. Other family memebers also have different size accounts and no of us have been able to access the clubhouse since the upgrade.

I'm still getting the blue screen on all 3 accounts. I've tried ganz suggestion more times than I can remember and it doesn't help me at all. I'm missing the clubhouse so bad....I just wished they could get it fixed so everyone can enjoy the clubhouse, not just a select few!

Glad this thread is out there cause none of our accounts or any of our friends accounts can get past the blue screen. Hope soon this will get better.

I agree with you totally it is there problem cause i can't get into the clubhouse either and i get the blue screen all the times they always have a quick answer that is not right for there problem they should look into. I called them about this they where no help said to hit refresh did not do a thing cause also i have the problem of please wait all the time too. Good luck everyone who is having this problem like me.

I really hope webkinz gets on this. That is my favorite part of webkinz. Now I am getting bored with webkinz. I am getting tired of storing stuff and not being able to chat and trade with other webkinz! If we keep sending ganz emails and letters about the problem they may be more likely to fix it faster!

oo! I got a message from Ganz regarding this. In my inital message I basically quoted their automated message about the chat phone and activity levels, stating I have tried this and when I can not get in on 1 account I immediately try another account and CAN get in.

Ganz in their wonderful way decided to send me the exact same automated message Gotta love this!

I love WW but this is starting to turn me off of the game. I believe customer service is #1 for a site like WW.
