Ok... since everyone has done such an amazing job putting together the full list of everything, I thought I would try my hand a putting together a list of all the information ONLY as it applies to the Wizard of Oz theory. Here goes:

Clue #1: "Ask the cat...or the little laughing dog. One thing is for sure - you should make some space to find it."

This clue led us to the August 2006 calendar trivia page. On the page is a black and white cat and a laughing dog. In the background is a hot air balloon. Dorothy and the Wizard attempt to leave Oz via hot air balloon. In addition, Dex Dangerous is a space-based game. Dex himself is a lion which could be a possible solution to the question of who the Wizard of Oz-referenced lion may be.
Possible missing item: Hot Air Balloon.
Clue #2: "Racking your brain? It is quite LABorious but you are sure to figure it out."

This clue led us to Goober's Lab where you will find a brain in a jar. What is it the Scarecrow was seeking in the Wizard of Oz? A brain. It also led to the Science Theme in room decor and the Ultimate Experiment Station with RACKs of test tubes. In addition, Goober's Lab has been a game of the day this week.
Possible missing item: Ultimate Experiment Station.
Clue #3: "Mamma mia! Even Mama says that is not a cookie cutter!"

This clue led us to Chef Gazpacho and the multitude of free food items in the daily activities section. Today's free items (01-13-0 include - in order - Carrots, Raspberries, Oranges, Watermelon and Strawberries. The first letter of each word spells out CROWS. There are crows in Pumpkin Patch Protector in the arcade. In Pumpkin Patch Protector, water is used to scare away the crows. Bottled water was given free from the Daily Activities section earlier this week. The W-Shop description of Bottled Water has also changed since the start of the Scavenger Hunt. In addition, Pumpkin Patch Protector has been a game of the day this week. There is also a theory that the Suit of Armor referenced later in this post is the item that is "not a cookie cutter". This links to the Wizard of Oz theory via Dorothy's scene with the Scarecrow. (Please reference this video clip: http://www.************/watch?v=eM00JScoSg0&feature=related).
Possible thief/thieves: Crows.
Possible item needed to regain missing curios: Bottled Water.

Clue #4 (unconfirmed): "You could be sad; you might feel mad... but just sparkle brightly and be glad."

This clue has led us to the Ruby Slippers which were given away in the Daily Activities section earlier in the week. It has also led to speculation regarding the Ruby Red Heart the the Gem Hunt in Arte's Curio Shop. If you remember, the Tin Man in the Wizard of Oz was looking for a heart.Possible item needed to regain missing curios: Ruby Slippers.

Clue #5 (unconfirmed): "Ms. Cowline says - Do not forget to polka dot your eyes and cross your T's."

This clue led to Pink Polka Dot Rain Boots which would correlate well with the water theory mentioned above. More recently, attention has been given to the Emerald Polka Dot Rain Boots as a reference to the Emerald City in the Wizard of Oz. In addition, the Polka Dot PJ top is on sale at the moment and falls in the "sweet dreams" aspect of the theory referenced further down this post.Possible item needed to regain missing curios: Polka Dot Rain Boots of some variety.
Other bits of information relating to the Wizard of Oz theory:

1. Arte of the Curio Shop is featured in the latest W Tale in the Newspaper. This story recants the tale of how Arte and Doug the Dog went from best friends to no longer friends. The book "Air of Mystery" from the W Shop recants the tale of Doug and Arte's nephew venturing to a magical land beyond Kinzville (ie, somewhere over the rainbow).

2. On Quizzy's calendar questions, on January 10th, the question was in reference to the Wizard of Oz. The answer was the Scarecrow.

3. Another Quizzy's Question of the Day referenced a Suit of Armor. Indicating a possible Tin Man.

4. Several items have been located that reference "sweet dreams". In the Wizard of Oz, Dorothy was dreaming her entire experience in Oz.

It has been mentioned that Ganz would not go to the trouble of cutting through all the paperwork and red tape for the rights to use the Wizard of Oz. After a bit of research, it has been discovered that the Wizard of Oz is released under the GNU Public License, making it free to use and reference at will.

Hope this helps put some things in perspective for some people. My apologies if I missed any bits and my thanks to all the amazing people posting like mad throughout this thread with theories, ideas a bizarre finds!
