Sending items to Webkinz World

I can't figure this part out! How does it work?

Yes, at this point, all we know is that the Webkinz Friends Hat can be sent to Webkinz World.

I can't seem to send anything either.

Once you are awarded a specific item for completing a goal, such as the hat, that item ends up in your inventory in the section that has the Package icon with the coloured Webkinz W ..

only items in that area of your Inventory can be sent to a WW acct.
