Are you trying to play in Internet Explorer? none of the Arcade games work for me in IE, which is very aggravating. Try using Firefox.

Is it too difficult?
Is it a Deluxe game and you are not?
Does it not load correctly?

Is it a dock issue? A game issue? All of webkinz?

If it's a dock issue, when you log in, go up to 'view' on the top left corner, and click it. Then go down and press 'full screen'

If a game issue, maybe try updating your Adobe Flashplayer and plugins.( However, if you use Ubuntu for your computer, it may not be able to update your Adobe Flashplayer.)
Also, possibly try Firfox, that works pretty nice for me.

If all of webkinz. . . try restarting your computer, and clearing your cache.

You have to be a full member to play Tulip Trouble 2. I think that is the problem. I also saw your thread about not being able to play Go Go Googles. I think it is the same problem with that. Are you a free member on ebkinz (ex. not adopted a pet with a code and not deluxe)? If so, then you have to be a full member to play some of the games and do half of the things in . You also have to be Deluxe to do a whole lot more things. Will you please tell us exactly what the problem is with playing these games. If you tells you go Deluxe like show here below, then that is the only way to play them. I'm sorry.

i havent had any problem lately with Tulip Troubles. i just finished using it for a challenge and it worked like it is supposed to.
