Question What Trading Cards should I Get?

My recently purchased pair of Beats headphones have broke and I have been refunded. I now have over $100 and I'm looking to buy trading cards to get things for my Webkinz account. To my surprise, I can get an entire box for a mere $18.99 each online, and it can be any series from 1 to 4.

My first question is, will I have more luck with Series 3 or Series 4 when looking for the magical retriever/mystical panda? I know that both odds are apparently the same, but I feel like more people got the panda than the retriever, so I don't know for sure. I'm hoping for the retriever.

Second question is, what series will have the best codes in each pack? The more stuff and the better the stuff, the more useful it would be to me.

Thanks,
triquetraB
