Two end-of-game messages. "Congratulations" is not for winning trophy.
. So many people are confused by the "Congratulations" message, thinking that it means they have won the trophy, but it is not that.
There are TWO different end-of-game messages that can appear.
Here is the first. That clearly tells you that you ran out of moves. Notice that I was not yet to level 12. .

But, if your game ends (no more moves) on level 12 or higher, you get THIS message instead.
Look at the meter to see that I did NOT finish that level, but the message doesn't say the game was over. Yes, that is very not clear unless you saw the meter was not filled!! .

When you do actually complete level 12, this is the message that will pop up and the trophy will be added to your dock. .

Thank you for posting this. My game ended WHILE in level 12 and I got the congrats message. I checked my dock, no trophy. Came here to see if anyone knew what that was about and found your message. Thanks again for posting.
Off to play some more....I REALLY want a trophy! :-)

Yesterday I finished level 12, then ran out of moves on level 13, but got the "Congratulations" message, and did not get the trophy. Is this a glitch, or is there only a possibility of getting the trophy after level 12?

I have not received a trophy since my first leve 12 completion. I am not sure if this means one trophy per account as with the eager beaver trophy and the Bamboo Break trophy, or if it is random such as the Operation Gumball trophy.
Has anyone won two trophies on the same account yet?

Thanks Bert. I don't know how I missed the info. Too bad about the one trophy. They are very cool. I'd love to use more than one in a room. Looks like that won't happen. Frankly I don't get the one trophy per account rationale. It takes away some of the incentive to play the game.
