Default Unanswered: Wrought Iron Fence pieces won't load

I bought several wrought iron Fence pieces from the W shop and I tried to place them around an outside yard. The iron fence pieces won't load. It gives me a red square no matter where I try to place them. The iron fence pieces I am referring to are the ones for 80KC in the W shop. The elegant iron fence pieces for 400KC will load, but the cheaper iron pieces for 80 KC won't load in an outside yard, or a treetop yard. Is anybody else having trouble with is? I bought a whole yard worth of fences and now I can't install them! Help! What do I do? Will this problem correct itself?

Ok, you don't place them in your yard, you place them on the spaces just outside your yard, here is a pick of my yard:

See the green underneath the move sign?

I hope I've helped!

I tried to place them in the spaces just outside of the yard like you said, however all I get is a red square. I have used these iron fence pieces before, but now it won't work. I'll bet you can move them, but now it won't allow new ones to be placed?

Ok, I tried removing the iron fence pieces from an existing yard that I had. I was able to put them back. I tried to load the iron fence pieces in my new yard with the haunted saplings I planted this weekend, and it won't let me load them no matter what I do. Maybe its not possible to place them around a yard with haunted saplings? I don't know. Anybody have any ideas?

That's weird? Try removing the sappling? I actually don't have any trees like that, so I'm kinda lost...
