How are you all doing?
It looks like we have the settings messed up for the Time, and even Location of where we are from.
We keep getting things in different languages.
Like on here, we keep seeing numbers and stuff in like tiny rectangle , and other odd symbols.
We think it's due to the settings we keep trying to figure out what we need to set them for.
The Remote Access guy messed all this up.
Like when we go into the Encoding, not sure what to do for that.
Same with Date and Time Properties we have to setup and all that other stuff. Seems to not want to let us change the stuff.
We also keep having problems with things freezing and just going really slow.
Still can't seem to get things backed up either. Every time we try just doesn't seem to work right.
Like do we have to convert something, and if so, not sure how or if we need to.
If I have text I want to back up and show other places, I put it in Binary, but I don't see an option to click to do this.
From what you are saying it seems you are having general problems with your computer and not just with WI. You are talking about backing up text and converting it to binary and I don't think that is any setting on WI. Sounds as though your Remote Access guy really messed up your computer and maybe you need a better computer expert to fix what he messed up.
I consider myself fortunate to be within reasonable distance of a great computer store with a very knowledgable crew in the repair department. They are all Microsoft certified and know their suff.
