Hello! I'm finally back on Webkinz again, after a long time of logging in only once a month!

So, I know my Deluxe Membership ends sometime near the end of this month to the end of August, thus meaning I'm still a member now.

Unfortunately, I haven't got my monthly eStore points, or my monthly gift box. (I signed up for a year membership, btw)

Are any other deluxe members experiencing this problem? Do you think you can help?

Help would be extremely appreciated, thank you.
