Exclamation Unanswered: Wish machine glitch

when i went to put my last wish token in i tried to choose an item but amanda wouldnt stop blinking ind i've been trying fer 3 days now, so can somone help?

Have you tried clearing your cache? sometimes I have clear it to get things working again.

All Cache really is it temporary internet files. Try deleting your history and temporary internet files and see if that helps.

Yesterday morning someone else was having the same problem & had started a thread also, (I looked & it has been answered & closed). They were on Google Chrome & had cleared their Cache', and were still having the problem. I tried the Wish Machine on All Three of My accounts on Google Chrome, Fire Fox & Internet Explorer. I had the same problem with Google Chrome, however I did Not have the problem with Fire Fox or Internet Explorer. Also when you clear your cache', (the instructions are listed under the guides & how to's section), make sure you reboot your computer after, (restart it). I hope this helps. I am sorry you are having any difficulties at all.

I've never heard of this glitch before. And cache is something that your computer stores, like if you go to www.webkinzinsider.com (this site) it'll save it in the "cache" and next time you go to webkinzinsider it'll be easier to load.

Here is a link to show you how to clear your cache. It is temporary internet files.

How to Clear Your Cache, especially after Webkinz updates!!

If it doesn't work, call Webkinz at 1-866-WEBKINZ. Or email them at webkinzsupport@ganz.co. If emailing try including a screen shot (picutre) of the problem for proof. To take a screen shot, be on the page you want it of and hold down the ALT button and the PRINT SCREEN SYSRQ button at the same time. Then go to Paint, go into file, press paste, go to X out, click save, attach to email.
