A few weeks ago I finally collected 15 wish tokens and wished for an Outhouse and got it. Since then, I've been putting tokens in as I got them for adopting the polar bear, from Wheel of Wishes, etc.
I just clicked on the Wish Factory to check how many tokens I had, because I couldn't remember, but I knew it was only like 1 or 2, maybe 3. To my surprise, it's telling me I have 12 and asking if I want to make a wish! I know that I shouldn't have 12 tokens!
What would you do? Should I try to contact Ganz? I'm almost afraid to make a wish for fear that the "token police" will say I shouldn't have done that! LOL!!
I know this has happened here or there to other people. If you are really worried about it though I'd call 'em + see what they say. If they say you're fine then go on w/ your extra tokens + enjoy ... they could possibly take some away but I dunno if they'd care enough. Either way then they can't go back + get mad at you later cause you did try to remedy the problem.
There are a lot of glitches that cost people tokens and prizes. Ganz has it in their statement to which you agree before you start using WW that you accept their terms which absolves them of the responsibility to replace and restore what's lost through glitches. And I understand why they do this--they couldn't possibly cope if they responded to all the claims of lost items with restoration. People would be claiming that which has not been lost, I'm sure. I've seen too many Webkinz in stores that have been stripped of their code tags. Not everyone is as honest as you seem I'm afraid. So I would accept this as a glitch in your favor and enjoy the tokens. Sometime, somewhere, there will be a glitch which won't be fixed and it will even out I think. If not, you're evening out the score for someone else. I'd enjoy it in that sense.
Also, Ganz probably would prefer not to have their people working on taking something away from you. When I worked in capital management years ago, I saw errors less than $10 marked as TSTA by the financial people. That means "too small to adjust". They had figured the cost of one of the accountants to correct was more costly than writing off the mistake. So, you are also helping Ganz out by NOT reporting it, I think.
