I'm so sorry you lost your item.
I would suggest having your parent (mom or dad) call about it though. I don't think they'd really listen or do anything if you call yourself. I thought only adults were supposed to contact them anyway but I noticed someone said don't call and say "your mommy is going to sue" etc. etc. and it sounded like they were saying call yourself. I think it would be better to have your parent call to have any chance at all to get it replaced. I doubt very seriously that they would take a kid seriously like when kids call. They would probably take it more seriously or try to make the customer happy if it's an ADULT who they think is the one spending most of the money on their stuff- yanno?
Since this is a vehicle, sometimes they get stuck in doorways (especially if one of your pets is in it when you leave your WW house). Also, I have heard of vehicles going missing if you invite someone over to your WW house and they ride in it, then if they are booted out of your house (by a glitch), then the vehicle can go missing.
You should try contacted Ganz/Webkinz. If they don't replace it, then try filling in one of their forms for "I have something stuck" ( http://customerservice.webkinz.com/cs/us_en/ss.php ). There is one for a vehicle stuck in a doorway. Hopefully it is still in your account (and it just isn't displaying).
