sweetnspicy.....Give Ganz call at 1-800-724-5902 this is their American corporate office in Cheektowaga, New York. Ask to speak with Webkinz customer service rep and ask him or here to replace your item, due to their glitches today. If they say no, ask to speak with a supervisor. Make sure your write down everyone's name you talk with and the date & time that you called. If the supervisor says no, then wait until the next day, call again and ask to speak to the boss of the supervisor. I know this is a lot of trouble bur sooner or later you may get someone who will actually give you the item back. I have heard of a few people successfully having items replaced by Ganz but it usually takes talking to 2 or 3 people at least. You must be persistent!

I am so sorry that this happened to you. Maybe it has something to do with the server crash and will either appear after everything is fixed or maybe they will be more willing to replace the item for you in light of the problems they are experiencing right now. Good luck to you and I hope you are able to get your item returned, that would be really disappointing.
Well, If It makes you feel any better, I lost my whole game room.
Then I told my dad and he said to just x out(and not log put)\
Then It worked!!

Once i was trading, and i logged out with 1 exclusive and my cow's PSI. I came back on several hours later, and they were gone. I contacted Ganz, and they didnt do anything about it. I am very mad, but im going to have to live with it.
They probably would. Just call though, dont email. It does nothing. If that doesn't work go to the trading room and see if you can get another one.
Do you have any siblings that might know your password?
