Default Answered: Why is there a hole in my kangaroo's shirt?

About 15 mins ago I adopted my Kangaroo, Sydney, and when I put a KS Cheerleader Tank Top on her there was a hole in it! I tried another shirt to see if that's just how the kangaroo was, and no hole! I also logged off and back on but still a hole! This is what it looks like:

That's because the kangaroo is an "upright" pet. A lot of the clothes look odd on "upright" pets such as the kangaroo, duck, and snowman. On most pets, that would be where their head would be. Have you tried putting a skirt on a duck? It sticks off to the side, so silly looking!

That's really very odd. Probably just a glitch. You could try using the giggling action, or any other action and it might go away, or also try putting other shirts on the kangaroo and then the cheer shirt back on.

I'd also try clearing my cache if I were you by going under "tools" in the right hand side top with the browser open on the menu bar, and next clicking "delete browsing history" and "delete all".

If none of this works and you wanted to try contacting GANZ you could call 1-866-WEBKINZ although I'd say it would just go away with time.
Best of luck and congrats on the new adoption!:kanga:
