Try clearing your cache, or your history. Delete stuff that is not important from there. You can try to restart your computer if that doesn't work. Then if that doesn't work, try switching browsers to like Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. If that doesn't work, either, then you can contact GANZ on Monday at 1-866-WEBKINZ or 1-866-932-5469. They are not open on the weekends.
Also your "Internet Options" may need reconfiguring. You might have inadvertently set something "arrey." You can call your ISP [Internet Service Provider] to "work you through" setup. In other words reconfiguring how the Net options are set. Besides calling GANZ, I would call your ISP and have them help you, step-by-step go through the proper configuration to not keep dropping you from the Net. I assume you have either DSL or cable. They can help. There will be a "supprt / technical" # to press on your phone once you contact them.
