Since WI is very popular, it pushes all of the other sites that ENCOURAGE cheating towards the bottom of search engines like Google or Bing. Then, the kids will see that cheats are wrong, and could harm their account.
Oh I see how it could be good to keep lil ones from going to bad sites.
I understand the reasoning behind the change. However, I don't think it will work the way it is planned. I mean, if someone is looking for cheats, they will come here, and most likely start posting without reading the rules. That is if they stay around at all after reading the "don't do it" article. If they don't find what they are looking for here, then they will just move on to another site. I believe that kids already know that cheats are bad, so if they are looking to take those kind of shortcuts, they will find them whether WI warns them or not. Just my opinion. I think it's noble that the founders want to warn kids away from this kind of behavior, but the "bait and switch" tactics they are using seems almost as deceitful as the behavior they are trying to curb.
