Default Unanswered: why does it take so long to log in

every time i log in webkinz world it take a least two or three min to load my accounts i have four and it does it to all help me it takes to long!! i love my webkinz and wish it was the same before all the changes.. CAN SOME ONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON MAKING IT RUN FASTER!!

Hello Dahling! Since Halloween went up, it is taking an extraordinary long time to get your page loaded. Sorry, but there is nothing we can do about it. At least you can get in! That is good news!

Blue Jay? Just another glitch. I read somewhere that if you got your pet to wave, it would start flying... IDK if this works, but they seemed to think it did, it is certainly worth a try.

When I first adopted my Bat it couldn't fly around in the clubhouse...after a couple of weeks it would fly once...really...when I go into a room, trading room, etc., I immediately fly to a chair and there I stay. It won't let me move again. If I do a trade right away and don't move, when I come out of my trade I'm stuck, I can' t move.

Now with my eagle, which is newer than the bat, I can't fly at all, ever in the clubhouse.

I sure wish they would fix this glitch since they are coming out with all these new neat flying webbies, it's sad they don't actually fly in public, lol.

As for the loading glitch, well, at least you can get on! I rarely can get on now, it's really hard...

I have not gotten past the "loading" green screen since 10/1. I emailed Ganz and received the form reply saying they were aware there is a "glitch" and they're working on it. Meanwhile I have tried everything...letting it sit on "loading" for over an hour...nothing...took down my firewall, antivirus, etc. nothing. Emptied cache & cookies...nothing....on and on. I asked others I know who have accounts to try to get on since it seemed like some of us are having major problems, others a few and others none. No one was able to get on. We're in PA & NJ. Some of us use Embarq/Sprint and others Verizon. No idea if the update doesn't work with certain ISPs or regionally. Meanwhile I can only assume our pets are in failing health.
