Question Unanswered: Whats up with frozen and stuck items?

Does anyone have any clue has to help 'un freeze' items that seem to be stuck in place?

I have a lamp that I placed on a side table, and now the lamp appears to be stuck in thin air next to the table, and the table is stuck where I placed it. I also have several stuffed animals and vases of flowers that get stuck when I try to place them on side tables or on regular tables. Everything else furniture wise seems to be okay, it's just these items I have trouble with.

Hello,

Go to the Webkinz Website. Don't log in but click on the CUSTOMER SERVICE button. Once that is done, you will see on the right hand side many support issues. Click on "I HAVE SOMETHING STUCK"

oops. didn't finish my answer.

Once you click on that, just follow the directions.

It may take a few days for the support team to unstick your items.

Hope this helps!
