Yes, it stands for WNTM.

Well, there was a rule about a contest for food can't last for more than a week and I guess nobody knew about it. Then the staff noticed we were running month long contests (WNTM being one of them) and shut them all down. WNTMs really can't function over a week, so people want the staff to let go of the rule and re-allow them.
