Hi Surfermom! All you need to give them is your order #. If you sent your original complaint through the e-store customer service, you already sent them the order #. If not, here's how to get it: log into the e-store, go to Order History, find your order and there's the number. This is all the proof they need to see if you qualify for the Nefertiti outfit.

The lady who called me was super-nice. I explained that although I loved the outifit that they sent me, it didin't match the picture, so she said "OK I've added it to your dock!" (She knew everything about me including my WW username by some sort of magic). Then I mentioned that the picture of the tunic was also different from the "diaper outfit" that I got, and presto! she added it to my dock too! But I got the feeling that if I hadn't mentioned the tunic, she would not have offered it.
