Call [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] about the e-store points. They should have a record of what happened to e-store points. It would be hard for someone to "steal" them, as you get a confirmation e-mail sent to you for any purchases you make. I don't know if they can do anything about zummies. Good luck!

Have no idea what could have happened to your zummies, but one should be able to see what's up with the estore points without calling [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate].
Did you try checking your point history at the eStore like this: After you log in at the eStore, click on ''Manage Account'' at the top center of the [notranslate]Ganz[/notranslate] eStore homepage. On that page are links which might be helpful, such as the ''Points Transaction History'' which shows the dates/reasons points were added or subtracted, or the ''Order History" which shows order numbers to click on to show which items/codes were purchased.
