that is so odd, and good job with changing your password. I wouldnt trust a "ganz" worker that doesnt even know what kinzchat plus is!!! what i would reccomend is contacting ganz about this again (hopefully you wont get the same person) and telling them about this. That is what i would do about it.
Thats very weird !! Did you give out your password ?? If you did I would change it because they didnt sound very helpful !! I never give out my password when I call , They ask for the username & your phone # Thats all !! Sounds like they must have been new or something !! Call back & good luck !!
Wow! A GANZ Webkinz worker who doesn't even know what Kinz Chat Plus is. I wish I could help, but I've never called so I don't have any experience in that department. All I can suggest is ask to talk to a different worker or their manager, or ask for their name and tell the manager about them. It was a very good idea to change your password. It was very unprofessional of the weird employee. I'm sorry that happened to you. Hopefully your next experience og working with GANZ will be a more pleasant one.
