Default Answered: A Weird Email from Gantz

Ok I am curious if anyone else received this following email and if so how did you get ahold of Gantz to figure out if it is spoof.

It came with a 16 digit code, but it was in red instead of the usual black and when i put it in the code shop i got the following message:

Some of these emails were sent out in error. There was an estore promotion in which you got seeds, a dress or a bed depending on how many points you spent during a certain period of time. They sent out codes to people who had estore accounts but did not qualify for the item because they had not bought anything during that time, or had not bought enough. And they sent the wrong codes to those of us who did qualify for a gift. Go figure -- Ganz made a mistake .

They cancelled some of the codes. So it is not a spoof, just a mistake. If you did buy something and did qualify for a free item, you will need to contact them. But it sounds like you were in the group they sent to in error and later cancelled the codes.
