Last night I had my WW account open and then opened a second screen so I could check out the estore while I was watching for snowflakes. Now my WW screen is skewed to the left. The ads on the right side of the WW screen are about 1/2 inch to the left and you can see they are outside of their border. In addition, 1/2 of my pet is cutoff to the left and at the bottom. I can no longer access the button that allows me to change pets or the button that says" Get Items from storage" so I can access everything in my dock. I have cleared my cache. Does anyone have any ideas? I am using Firefox.
Click on the view in your menu and check the Zoom. Try zooming out until the screen is corrected. That just happened to me in IE. I intentionally make screen smaller when doing WKN to see the far left screen at it's fullest to catch the flake as it first enters the screen.
hopefully this will help.
In the bottom left-hand corner of your screen (if you use Internet Explorer, like me ) there is a magnifying glass with a percent (like 100%. 125%, and so on). Click on the downwards-pointing arrow and select 100%.
This always works for me . Hope it works for you !
