I've been unable to log in for over 12 hours now. The website is VERY slow, while every other site works fine (I have a high speed connection).
Once the website loads, it takes a little while to take me to the login. When I've logged in it only shows the green "Loading" screen, but it never loads. I was hoping it would have fixed itself this morning, but it hasn't, so now I'm worried
I cleared my cache, reinstalled Flash, restarted my computer and even restarted my router. I have webkinz-cold turkey
Hmm...that hasn't been happening to me or anyone i've heard from. If you did all that and it still won't work, I would consider contacting GANZ or finding a different computer to play on for now until it starts working again, because it probably won't last too long.
Hm. I'd say that it's a really really busy server, or your internet. Try clearing your cache, resetting your internet, and deleting your history. Then, you should try to log in again. If you still can't get in, I'd try it on another computer if one is handy. If it still doesn't work on that one, than it is either a problem with your internet or your account. I'd wait a day for it to improve, and then call GANZ, their phone number is: 1-866-932-5469 Hope I helped!
We have 5 accounts and the 1 account took me 8 tries to log in.. After I logged in I got Please Wait..
It is a server thing. I will be calling once CS opens at 9am... This is just irritating. Our other accounts are fine.. it's not my computer.. not my internet.. We play other online games that require much more from a computer just fine!
Kelly, it's the same for me. I can't try another computer, the ones at work block WW.
And I've done everything I've said - cleared cache and history, reset the network, and such. It can't really be my internet since everything else works fine. I have a 24Mb connection, so it's hard to believe that would be the issue.
I don't know if I can call that number from Sweden, or what time it is whereever GANZ resides LOL!
