Unanswered: WW All of my pets are sick and hungry!
I know that a glitch a while back caused pets on many accounts to lose hunger, health and happiness points. I thought the problem was resolved. However, I logged on and all of my pets (over 250 of them) are sick, hungry and unhappy!
Wow that is a lot of kinzcash you would have to spend. I am sorry that happened to you. Ganz said the glitch was fixed, but I guess it was not. There isn't much you can do besides taking them to the spa or feeding them all, but that would take a lot of time and/or kc. If you really wanted to you could try calling Ganz and see what they have to say, but I am sure they won't be much help.
I'm so sorry that you are having such problems. There have been hundreds of messages about this problem in the last two months. If you want to read some of these, you can use the "search" button that is on the top bar below the Blue Jay. Some people abbreviate it as HHH.
In summary, Ganz did add this as a feature. This is not a glitch. Unfortunately, it was too much for many accounts. Many people have been able to call Ganz to get some Kinzcash added to their account. It helps to have the "proof" of what it would cost to go to the spa. I don't think they will give you 105,609 but you can ask.
Feeding them farm fresh food, Quizzies (adds 5 to happiness for each question), exercise, games, grooming, and doing your daily activities should help. Rice is a cost effective option. You could pick a couple pets a day to use. Some people are leaving the majority of the pets as they are.
