Webkinz will not load for me!!

And I tried to restatrt computer already.

No me either.
And I called Comcast and they said it's not there problem,
"they don't block just one website" blah blah blah.

I reset both my router and box and tried again - still no luck

I used google and got to customer support and tryed to log in from there.
But it would load.
But that is closer than nothing.

I keep getting the following message when I diagnose the connection problem:

Network diagnostics pinged the remote host but did not receive a response

So I think the problem has to do with the website itself...I'm also going to leave a message with Ganz so hopefully someone will respond to us soon!

Ok so I left a message for webkinz on their voice mail and sent an email to them.

We can get into all 4 accounts through Fire Fox and Internet Explorer but it can be very slow. Some things don't load right away but if you click on the things to do button and go back into the area you want it works.

A QUESTION FOR ICEBEAR:

How do tell whcih server you are on? Some accounts seem slower then others.

Hope everone's problem is fixed early Monday morining. Guess Ganz has a problem finding people who want to work week-ends (when a lot of probllms seem to happen)
