Did you contact Ganz? Seriously, everyone needs to contact them. Even the CS agent told me that. She said she had no record of anyone but ME calling with the problem........I call everday......tomorrow I am going to ask for a supervisor. Everyone in CS has a different excuse tho....keep that in mind. I told her it all started the day they added all of treetop items and things that could have been and SHOULD have been left alone such as the way you see the charms load with flowers.....that was not necessary at this point. What IS necessary that we have a smooth running website not one that is so slow it is virtually unplayable. I don't know if they even give the info to technical support, she said she had no way to speak to them! I really am totally frustrated. BUT, the last time there was a major problem it took MANY people to call and we also wrote letters and that was the only way it got fixed. People also went to the BBB, which Ganz didnt have the best reputation but it did get them to fix the problem, which is ashame we have to go to this extreme.
