Default Re: Webkinz in the Pool??

i have put a few of my Webkinz in fresh water pools and tubs but on some the fur kinda loses its soft feel, so just be careful that you don't leave them in the water to long it can be a pain to wait for them to dry

You can wash your Webkinz, I just wouldn't recomend drying it. Try to get any excess water by using a towel, roll your webbie in it (be careful though, don't press to hard), take it out and put it somewhere to dry the rest of the way.

As for putting them in pools.... I wouldn't, the chlorine isn't good for your Webkinz. If you put them in bathtubs or the sink, they would be okay but don't leave them soaking it up all day

Hope this helps!

I put my webkinz in the water yesterday...lemme quick check on them

Look's just like i bought it from the store! I say go for it! But I suggest to not put stuffed animals with curly fur into water unless you want to make their curls straight. Also...on the tag it says SURFACE WASHABLE. So yah, it can get wet.

I have machine washed ALL of our pets, even the small signature chipmunk. We take them in the pool (we started with the underwater pets) and then gradually it came to be that they all swim and take showers and baths. Crazy, right?
We figure they are toys and are meant to be played with. Who cares if they aren't perfect in 20 years to sell on eBay? Not us! We want to use them for the purpose they were intended: to provoke imagination and fun!

Not if you have a pool with chlorine because that will probably ruin them. If you have a saltwater pool, I think that would be fine
