I emailed Ganz, and they though I couldn't load webkinz world, so they gave me these answers.

I have had this same issue in the past as well when I used Internet Explorer (IE) as my web browser.
After following all of the good advice that Ganz gave Lefty21, I still could not get IE to work. So I thought about what had happened before IE stopped working; I realized that I had updated my adobe flash player.
After some research, I found out that IE has a known conflict with Adobe Flash Player that is a bit unpredictable. Understanding this, I downloaded a free Mozilla Firefox web browser and have had little to no problems with Adobe Flash Player since.
You should note that Adobe flash is required to run WW.
Hello Fellow countryman! I think that it has something to do with the server for Europe bc I notice that everytime I am in Germany, Paris, Rome, Poland it happens more often that it does around here ...... The same THING HAPPENS BUT here I will get the blue screem and over there I get the green
Here is what I did and it had nothing to do with my computer's browser specially bc I was not even using the same laptop......
I simply gave it a rest and then used the log in that is located at the parents section...... You should try that tomorrow morning when you check this. Good night.
When I log in, I can only see the green background... anyone else ? ???
ariisu, sometimes Webkinz won't load if you have your "Block Pop-Up Windows" option ON. This needs to be turned OFF. I *think* I know how to do this, if this might be your problem:
Mac: Click on Safari in the upper left corner of your screen and make sure the "Block Pop-up Windows" is unchecked.
PC: I think you go to "Tools" and choose from the list "Block Pop-up Windows" and make sure that option is unchecked.
If this isn't the problem, I am sorry. I hope it is though and you can start playing in WW soon!
