I'm not sure if there is a limit, lots of people have like 200 pets on the same account. If your account starts to run slowly or have problems Ganz will remove the last pet that caused it and start a new account for you. At least that is what they have done for some members here that were having problems.
I have a lot of pets registered on the same account and thankfully don't have any problems, I think it has a lot to do with your computer and browser.
There isn't really a limit to how many webkinz you adopt. However it is suggested that after you adopt 100 webkinz if you want to adopt more you should start a new account.
I hope that answers your question.
I read somewhere in WW, or maybe in the stuff where you log in, that we shouldn't have more then 100 webies on an account. I have 96 on my first account and 80 something on the second. I really don't want to start a third...do you think we can have more than 100?
As someone said webkinz suggest no more than 100 pets- I have seen people post that they have many more than that on an account and have not had problems- I guess it is one of those situations where if you want to put more than 100 on you can but you also run the risk of things slowing down-
There is no limit, but it might be wise to limit yourself to 100 per account. Each of my family's accounts has no more than 30 webbies at the moment, and it's already difficult to remember where everything is on each account. I can't imagine what that would be like with more than 100.
My suggestion is this. Once you get about 80 or so on an account, open a new one. This way you can occassionally add a webbie to the old account so it won't expire and in the meantime, not overwhelm yourself. Luckily it doesn't cost anything to open a new account so you can have as many as you want.
